Gun came on-time and was in perfect condition. The polished sides of the slide really set this gun apart. I did find the brown wood grips ugly and a little too thick for my medium sized hands. I swapped them out for some black textured plastic grips. I did have to buy some small metric button head bolts and washers from a local hardware store to mount them. First trip to the range I had two problems. First, it would not finish a magazine without a failure to eject. It would stovepipe with the original ACT mag and my brand new Wilson Combat 8 round mag. Second problem was the extreme trigger pull. It was at least 8lbs. I dropped it off at my gunsmith for a standard trigger/action job for $125. After picking it up at gunsmith I went right to the range and sent 60 rounds thru it without a problem. I am very happy with purchase. I have $690 in the gun even after grips, gunsmith and transfer fees and it looks much better than anything under $1500!
