Dynamit nobel 7.62x51 10gr. Plastic short range Training Bullet,
by Joshua P Date Added: Sunday 26 May, 2013
First two rounds worked great in my Savage Axis 308. Next two would not fire (had deep dents from firing pin) and had to be removed with a cleaning rod (seemed that it went too far into the chamber). Would not recommend. Did not work well in the box magazine either. Very low powered round, was hoping it might be effective against something such as a groundhog, but shot a thin metal pan and only succeeded in putting a small dent in it.

Might work in a single shot rifle, but would avoid for anything else. I'm not a fan of knocking live ammunition out of a rifle via the barrel, especially after a solid primer strike.
