I’ve put 1000’s of rounds down range with my Tisas 1911 and I couldn’t be happier with it. The feel and action are still smooth as can be.

This pistol is very well made. I like everything about it. It has performed flawlessly over several hundreds of rounds. It is my third 1911 .45ACP. My other two are Rock Island Armory, one GI model and the other the tactical model. The Rock Island pistols have a better trigger but everything else is equal or better on the Tisas. I don't think anyone looking for a well performing .45 in a 1911 chassis would regret getting one of these pistols.

I bought this pistol because of the first one I bought that I liked so well. The first one was a plain Jane Tisas that shoots very accurately.
This is just as nice but doesn't shoot as well. I have done trigger work on both both and they have 4lb triggers which is where I like them
for general use. These are very well built handguns and I would not be afraid to stake my life on them. YMMV.

High Quality made firearm. The weight of the firearm reduces the amount of felt recoil. 750 rounds downrange right out of the box and no FTF or FTE.

Excellent pistol will like to buy the 38 Super.

Have had this for a few months now with several hundred rounds through it with zero failures so far. Shoots every bit as well as my old Springfield.Comes with mecgar mags. I am glad I bought it.

Wonderful hand gun after a few small upgrades, for the price you pay and if you want a good CW in the .45 acp caliber. I would highly recommend this to other new shooters and those who are new to 1911's and want to shoot within a budget.

Good shooting 1911 the money. Nice fit/finish. As reviews stated, trigger pull was high - 6.5. I have it in for a trigger job which will make it even better.

As usual very pleased with the purchase process at Buds. I have recommended Buds to friends. I was very impressed when I opened the case and saw the firearm. I think it looked better in person than the photo. As I handled the firearm I was very pleased with the fit and finished. There were some other personnel in the FFL store who handled it and was impressed as well. I haven't shot it yet so I can't comment on that. But so far very happy with the purchase.

Tisas is a sweet 1911 smooth functioning and very accurate. Zero issues and highly urge you to try one yourself if you are 1911 shopping.

That's what the Tisas 1911's do. They surpass most if not all other 1911's in their price range. The fit and finish is great, the quality of parts they use are great. They shoot great and they are easy to customize. I would give Tisas a 6 star rating if I could, they are just that good. Once again Buds came through with a great product at a great price and as always great service.

Purchased this just looking for an inexpensive 1911. If that's what you are in search for, then it's probably a good buy. However, I found that after I received the gun; bought grips that allow for a good recoil purchase; had a very necessary trigger job performed; and installed a S&A mag well, I would have spent about the same money on the same gun from another manufacturer for the same money. My after thoughts are that if you are not picky about the trigger ort grips, and plan to use this firearms as a nightstand gun, it's great. Otherwise give a Rock Island Armory, or a Ruger a good look. Buds carries both at a very competitive price. I should have purchased one of the two later for my intentions.

This is a very we'll made 1911 pistol it is accurate at 25 yards.. It doesn't feed flat hollow points very well so I switched to round solids.. It feeds the round solids good and it shoots them accurately.. For the price it is a good buy I would recommend this pistol...

BUD's has an amazing 1911 in this! This gun is flawless in quality. Everyone I know loves it and it shoots as good as Colt's and Kimber"s. I put about 300 round down it so far and had no failures and really tight spreads at distances up to 35 feet. This gun looks amazing and has a great fit! Buy this gun now before its to late. I had never heard of Tisas before but they make a solid gun for a great price!

This gun was awesome the staff at the local FFl loved it and said it compares to the way more costly 1911s that they had in the show. Its a heck of a deal at this price. It shots great and does not feel cheap or look it by no means. Now my wife wants one so i guess ill be ordering another. Thanks budsguns

Great gun for the money. As a fan of the 1911 model I saw this on line at bud's gun shop, and really like the 180 day layaway program. This is my second purchase from bud's and will not be the last. Gun arrived at my FFL dealer with no problems fit and finish are top notch, went and put 100 rnds down range with no FTF of FTE also used different types of ammo with zero problems. The gun shoots dead point of aim, The only thing I will change is the grips to the black ones on bud's web site. My FFL dealer could not believe what I paid for this thing, and could not price match anything they had in their case. If you are in the market for a good budget 1911, take a look at this one.

Just received my Tisas 45 1911-A2 today only took 3 days to get it. Perfect so far it was clean from the factory so I didn't have to really clean it. I haven't had a chance to take it to the range yet. But everything is perfect. Tight fit no loose barrel or loose anything. Great gun and great service from Bud's. This is the 2nd purchase from Bud's and believe me it won't be my last. "GREAT JOB BUD's" EVERYONE HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND BE SAFE!!!!!

Just got my 1911 A2 Enhanced, I took it on Sat. and put a 100 rounds through and it just got better ! never jammed or any problems. great pistol for the price. I think I will get another one. the recoil is better than my sd9mm. Thank you Buds for really quick shipping! (next day)

All I can say is WOW!!! Just got my 1911 A2 Enhanced today(Thanks Buds for really quick shipping!) Don't want to sound cliché but my ffl(Shooters Choice in Dover De.) Was even impressed with the quality and finish and fit. What a deal!!! Love the sights and feel of the Tisas I'm a true believer. This one was smooth right out of the box. And the nice case and cleaning kit came with it along with a manual with step by step directions for takedown and cleaning. Looking forward to my next purchase from Bud's!! Love the gun, great deal. This is a very nice and well made 1911 " really shows how over priced and over rated kimber and other high end brands are" I got the gun 2 days after I made my last payment and went and shot it the same day. Ran 100 rounds down it and it one problem. I love it very nice gun for the money. Only downfall is a 1911 mag only 8 rounds but as accurate as the gun is that's all you should need
