Factory blemish was a slight scratch at the base of hand-guard delta ring. Not noticeable unless you are looking for for it. Don't believe the hype of "1/2 the MSRP price." Buds sells the identical "factory new" for $759 (including 1 magazine). With that said, I'd take the scratch any day to save $159. One difference I noticed between the piston driven Adams and a gas driven AR is weight. The Adams is slightly heavier. Don't forget to purchase magazines and sights. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend.
