First let me say that Buds Gun Shop.com did what they were supposed to, the firearm was shipped quickly, as for the firearm itself it was not in the condition I was Expecting
I in no way am blameing Buds for this, I totaly blame Remington arms for thier poor packing of the item. You would figure that a company that has been in business for so long
would be aware of how to pack and ship items in a manner in which no damage would be done during delivery, I understant that every company has to cut corners in order
to save money but it all boils down to making shure that customers get thier moneys worth. Bottom line Remington failed on the packaging for this shipment. I have since
contacted Remington and have demanded that they pay for the shipping cost both ways, and for them to repair the fire arm as quickly as possible. Remington has one shot to
fix this hole ordeal, and I hope they fix it right the first time around. The damages on the fire arm are as stated: the finish on the receiver was removed down to the bare metal from
constantly rubbing against the shipping box, a peice of felt could have prevented this, also the charging handle was broken, it tore a hole through the box and it most likely was
banged up against something during shipping, also on the receiver right above the the chamber there was to large dings, I realy dont know how final inspection let this one go.
I will continue to purchase through Buds, an I also would recomend anybody who is looking to purchase a firearm to take the time and look at Buds Gun Shop.com.
