You do not pick a valid FFL dealer we already have on file
I guess I was the unlucky one. My .308 Tactical (that I just got this week) is having feeding issues. It will feed the first round fine, then the bolt either completely skips over the second round, or catches it further up the case, causing the rim to be behind the bolt, resulting in a FTF. It seems to be a problem with the feed lips that are machined into the receiver.
Buds has a great return policy, and they stress that you inspect the firearm before having the dealer transfer it to you. If it doesn't meet your expectations, they'll send you a new one. Unfortunately, my FFL probably wouldn't like it too much if I loaded the rifle with live rounds and cycled the bolt then and there, so I didn't have the chance to test feeding until after I got home. I guess I'll have to battle with Remington customer service over this.
