Very disappointed. Experienced problems right out of the box. Hammer would randomly stay in the cocked position when racking the slide with safety engaged. Cleaned and lubed to no effect. Took to range and after about the 5th magazine full, the safety would not drop hammer and the magazine with the finger extender started to eject after each shot. The magazine without the extension did it also but was more random. Beretta USA will NOT pay for return shipping for warranty repair! That's $55 dollars out of my pocket just so they can hopefully fix issues that should have been discovered before it even left the factory. These issues are not isolated to mine alone. For a more detailed description, go to berettaforum.net and you'll see that thus far, there are 3 other cases with the exact same problems. I know every manufacturer turns out a bad one now and then but by refusing to pay for return shipping for warranty work, beretta is telling me that they do not stand behind their product. There are others who do, such as Springfield Armory to name one so unless beretta comes out with something I just gotta have, this will most likely be my last new beretta purchase.
