Update on previous post, I contacted buds and they got the problem resolved. Thank you Buds, Beretta paid for shipping handling both ways and replaced the sights. Beretta said the superluminova site ways dirty it had to be their quality control at the factory that overlooked the dirty site because the pistol stayed in the safe and in the original case and only been shot maybe 300 rounds and I never disassembled it. They never suggested cleaning the site and I never thought of cleaning the site. This showed me how hard it can be to get Beretta to resolve a simple problem. The site did not look dirty to me, but we humans sometimes overlook the simplest things which makes us feel totally stupid. Thank you Beretta and Buds for taking care of my problem. Beretta repaired and returned within two weeks.
