First thing I noticed when I recieved the PX4 SubCompact from Bud's was the right side serrations had some chips, not bad but threy were there. Took it to the range and the front sight flew off after 60rds. Had to pay the gunsmith to reinstall and secure the sight. After 200 rds noticed the chips on the serations were getting larger. I ran my thumbnail lightly along the serations and the finish just came right off. I contacted Beretta via email. First it took about a week for a response. Second, it was a typical canned corporate response: Due to the nature of your problems please send you gun to our MD facility. At my expense!!!!. Totally unacceptable. Beretta customer service is horrible, only to be out done by the piss poor quality of their products. Please don't buy this or any Beretta products until they get their quality control back in order and they start respecting their customers.
The PX4 SubCompact also suffers from decocker/safety issues and the magazines falling out while firing. If you don't believe me go to berettaforum.com and do some research before you buy any of Berettas poor quality products and subject yourself to terrible customer service.
