1. Para Customer service excellent.
2. Para quality control disappointing.
3. Weapon accuracy, excellent
4. Weapon reliability , fair to poor, due to consistant feed problems with anything but new factory round nose ammo.
Para shipped a replacement extractor to try to resolve this issue.
The ejector rod broke off after about 200 rounds.
I have another para hand gun which had to be serviced for multiple issues. Para is replacing the entire weapon at no cost to me.
