This is my first transaction with Buds, and the first firearm I've only personally. It shipped quickly. The only delay in shipping was because of the holiday weekend. The dealer where I picked the gun up said most of his FFL transfers are from Buds. He said no one can touch their prices and I agree. Good experience with Buds.
The gun itself is fairly large, and this is as big a gun as I would want, given I have smaller than average hands. It helps to have the adjustable backstraps on the grip. For me the smallest backstrap one was a good fit for my hand. The gun feels nice. Not too heavy, and easy to clean. There was a fair amount of grease on the gun, but it didn't take long to clean. It's nice to get a case that you can lock with the pistol. After 150 rounds at the range without a failure or jam I'm sold on this gun. Keep it clean and it will operate as expected. Since I haven't fired it dirty, I wouldn't know how it operates under those conditions.
I used 230 grain Magtech, Winchester, and Fiocchi without a problem at the range. I like the Winchester the best, but the other brands worked fine. My final clip of 11 rounds were all dead center in a 3 inch grouping. This gun performs. Love the double/single action. I'd like to see a metal firing pin and hammer, but as I said the gun performs. I wouldn't have a problem buying a taurus again, and at this price this gun is a great value. Thank you Buds.
