A light recoiling .45. I only held onto mine for about a total of 8 months. It had 200 rounds of 230gr Winchester White Box FMJ's go through it with countless amount of errors including stovepipes FTE's and FTF's. Fired another 100 rounds this time of Remington UMC 230gr FMJ and still had multiple errors (minimum 2-3 per loaded MAGAZINE). Since it was never meant to be an EDC I tried keeping it around as a range / emergency clear drill gun. Unfortunately however it ended up losing the firing pin (shot straight out of the back of the gun and hit my buddy in the chest while being fired!!!)
I sent this into taurus after sitting on it, firing pin missing in action and all and told them what the problem was. Taurus paid for FedEx overnight shipping both ways, and the repair only took a whole day. 72 hours after it left my house it came back at my doorstep freshly repaired. Unfortunately I was far too uncomfortable to EVER trust this gun again and it immediately got traded toward a Glock 23 gen3.
