Picture - if you can, having the 3" Chambered Judge - In A Holster, which looks like any other ordinary large big bore Hand Gun - Right! ...... Then someone asks to see it, so you slowly - pull the un out of its holster as they watch that chamber - get Longer & Longer as it comes out of the howlster. Peoples reactions to this handgun, all seem to be what I'd call - Toal Astonishment, and they begin to beleive the do make - Howlitzers In Handguns! I'd say next to a larger calibar handgun, this is one of the least expected - things anyone could expect to see - pointing in their direction. A 45 Long Colt with a 250 grain bullet can do a lot of damage and isn't to big for a Woman to handle, with some time at the range. And Taraus has certainly ( In My Opinion - At Least ), made one of the most intimidating handguns on the Market today! But I'm n expert or writer or professional in such matters, but I know the "Judge" as I call mine the Supreme Court versions - is Just Not the Usual sort of handgun - One Expects to See.
Performance - The Judge does bucks about like a 45acp does, so women can handle it - as I said. But expect a bigger kick wih 3" Magnum 410 loads, cause they really have a kick that can surprise you - At First. Once you get a few round shot, their no harder to handle then any other much larger handgun - would be. All in all, Taraus has made a great addition to their line of guns and as the history of this firearm - has already been documents by court judges packing them - The Judge = Preforms its duties to the letter of the Law!
