I bought his because I wanted a cheap, but reliable .45 to keep for home protection. I have since bought a Taurus pt745 for concealed carry. When this showed up, my FFL/CCW instructor laughed. He called it a ghetto blaster. H was not completely wrong. This thing is a brick. However, I took it to the range a few times & I have already fired about 800 rounds through it over 5 days. It never jammed, not once. I rented a PARA carry and a sig 220 from the range. This thing was more accurate, less kick, ('Cuz it's so heavy), and I even shot 25 +p hollow points through it. No problem. This is exactly what they say it is. A good home defense weapon that my wife can get to if I am not home. She has fired it and she is not afraid f it. If you are going to use this for cncealed carry, you had better be HUGE.
My CCW instructor fired it a few times and wanted to bash it and ridicule it, he put down 9 rounds in a 3-4" group. Then he sat it down grunted and walked away.
