This is the first item that item that I have ordered from Bud's, but I doubt that it will be the last. I just can't find better prices, and the experience with Bud's was great. Now my FFL having to be a tax collector for the state without any compensation, as well as the obvious question of what the state has done to deserve the right to collect taxes on something like this is another story, but I digress.
The CZ 75 I bought is definitely polished Stainless. It practically gleams, but I don't think it is gaudy. It still looks nice and I don't have a problem with the finish. If it really bothered you, you could get it bead blasted, or do it yourself, for less money than buying the matte finished version.
Rnage report: This gun is very accurate. I only had a few 9mm to compare it too, but it was more accurate than the XDM9, and G19 that I had at the range with me that day/ I shot a about 50 rounds through it so far and haven't had any issues. Once I get some 9mm reloaded I will shoot a bunch more down the pipe to really ring it out. The trigger was a little bit heavy compared to a good 1911, and will probably stay that way unless you want to put some money into it, but I didn't think it stood in the way of shooting it accurately, and supposedly it will get better as it is used. All in all I had been wanting one of these classics for a while and was not disappointed at all with the CZ quality. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has been thinking about buying one.
