Excellent handgun! This is a fun and practical trainer especially if you own other Sig handguns. It handles much like a P226. Don't let the bad reviews worry you. Every .22 auto can be sensitive to ammo quality. It takes a high quality, high velocity load to reliably cycle the slide. Several manufacturers including Sig, Ruger, Browning, Walther, Taurus, and S&W have told me to use CCI Mini-Mag. Sig even puts a card right in the box that says, "You should know that your pistol has been successfully tested with CCI Mini-Mag". Today I put 500 rounds of CCI Mini-Mag through my Mosquito without a single problem. So don't get cheap on the ammo. Use only CCI Mini-Mag and this gun will perform exactly as expected. Accuracy is good. Keep in mind it is intended to be a tactical trainer not a target pistol. Even so, once I dialed in the sightes it was as accurate as my friends Browning Buck Mark at 25 yrds. Sig includes three different front sights and an adjustable rear sight for that purpose. Field stripping is about as simple as it gets. Overall, this is well worth the money if you are looking for a fun and practical trainer.
