I just took delivery of my Pre-Owned SIG P229 in .40 S&W today, 9/2/16. and to say I am happy would be the understatement of the year. I really wasn't in the market for a .40, but Bud's offered such a great price (which I see has now gone up significantly) that it was cheaper to buy the gun in .40 and add a .357 SIG barrel to it.

I've bought a CPO SIG before, so I knew I'd get a very clean piece that looked like new, but beyond that was not expecting what I got. I got a pistol that is the latest model with the rail, and then I was shocked to see a set of SigLite Night Sights on the gun that are very bright and look new. What luck!

Nothing has any wear on it, neither magazines or even the barrel hood. The gun looks and feels brand new, to include the new E2 grips installed and the E2 tool enclosed.

For reference, I paid $514.00 for this pistol including shipping. I absolutely could not be happier. I've owned at least 20 SIG's over the years, and never had one that would not shoot, so I am expecting great things from this P229. Thanks, Bud's.
