My first thought of the Sig P250 was cheep being a Sig P229 and 339 owner. But I had to take it out and shoot it anyway. I mastered the long but smooth and light trigger pull after about two hundred rounds and found the 250 to be accurate enough with low recoil to be used with confidence for self-defense. I then compared it to my 229 as it also has high capacity magazines. The 229 was heaver and harder to use and did not fit my hand as well as the 250 (much easer on my arthritis). The 250 also has a better magazine release and drop. When I got them home it took me half the time to clean the 250 because of it simple modular design. I’m looking forward to shooting this easy to use and fun pistol again.
