On initial inspection, the gun may appear to be 'cheapish', with its small polymer body and its gritty slide. And then, the more you look at it and hold it, the better it looks. It feels good in the hand and the trigger, despite being long breaks cleanly and smoothly. The trigger really grows on you after you shoot it for a bit, but eve dry firing the gun several times will let you get a sense of a good trigger. The gun comes with a single magazine and a small base pad that works like a Pearce extension (but not as well).
The gun takes all of my carry ammo--Speer Gold Dot duty and Winchester Ranger and works well with them. As long as you tank the slide back and let the gun load the bullet without "guiding the slide back" all will be well. It's shoots better than my Micro Desert Eagle, despite weighing less. I think its because I'm able to get a better grip on the LCP and because the trigger is so much better than the Micro DE.
Extra gear:

- I got the Crimson Laser from Bud's and I'm very happy with it. It fits well and being a Crimson Trace, it works well too. I highly recommend getting the Crimson with the gun and getting both from Buds.
- I got two holsters for pocket carry of the LCP with the Crimson --one from High Noon Holsters (stocking item which ships the same day) and one from De Stantis --I like them both.
Bottom-line:
