I Just finished the 500 round break-in for my GI Expert.Wasn't necessary.Ran like a top.No problems.!80,200,and 230 grains.Hp.flat points,round nose.Sierras,Hornady,Rainier,Power Pistol,Unique,or winchester 231--made no difference-everything cycled perfectly.Shoots good,fits my hand nicely.Could I ask for more?
