Ruger Mini 14 .223 Collapsable/Folding Stock
by Troy I
Date Added: Wednesday 13 June, 2012
Got this from Buds 18 months ago. Shot it three times since. The Mini-14 is simply awesome. Never fails to feed unless I use a cheap aftermarket mag. Use the factory or the new 2nd gen. Tapco mags, and all is good. Put buffers in the gas port and recoil buffer spring area, and it works excellent. Actually used David Tubb's Final Finish pre-loaded ammo. ($50.00) and "finished" the barrel and chamber that way for improved accuracy before I even started shooting normal ammo. The ATI stock is fine, and folds when you want to use it short. Yoiu can shoot when it is folded, which is sort of like the selling point of the Kel-Tec SU-16 "C" model. Also have a Ruger LCP, and it is light in my pocket right now! Just bought a take-down Ruger 10/22, and can't wait for it! GO RUGER
