Hi Point 10 + 1 Round 40S&W w/4 1/2" Barrel & Hard Case
[34013]
$180.00
by Andrew S Date Added: Monday 06 September, 2010
Some family friends of mine got me into shooting recently in the last few months and I have shot many different caliber handguns. I decided to buy something for the sport of shooting without spending too much money. So I bought this 40 HI POINT and it was so much fun and amazing to shoot. I picked up the gun, removed the plastic, stopped at the store for some rounds and ran 100 rounds through it without a single issue.

I have read many reviews and suggestions about oiling the gun and prepping the clips prior to shooting the gun at least a day before but I didn’t have to do this. The gun is heavy like everyone says but the trigger pulls normal to me compared to other revolvers and semi’s that I have tried. The Hi Point is a great training/practice firearm so when I use other guns it seems like I’m carrying practically nothing.

As far as the look and feel of the gun, I’d have to say that it’s not fancy and shinny looking. But then again the guys that I hang out with at the range are those that look at how well I shoot and not how good my gun looks.
