I just got this pistol, and it is my first CZ. I have read about them and heard about them being great guns, but for some reason, holding a CZ75 never really gave me a fuzzy feeling.... until now. Some might disagree, but I really like the feel of the polymer gun. The grip feels smaller than many other high capacity pistols out there. Seems like the bore axis sits low in your hand, and I now understand the term "pointable" as people tend to use it in respect to guns.
I own Glock, M&P, Sig SP2022 and P250, two Springfield 1911s (one TRP), among others, and I think this is my favorite shooter. It has been extremely accurate out of the box. I would compare this to my $1300 Springfield TRP in terms of accuracy in my hands.
So far, out of about 250 rounds, I have had zero issues, which I can only say about this CZ, the Glock 19 (15 yrs 2500 rounds), and the Sig SP2022 (only about 50 rounds through it so far).
Double action trigger pull is long and heavy, but why use it when you can simply cock the hammer and shoot single action with 4 lb pull? I left mine with the decocker installed instead of the 1911 style safety, but for those fans of "cocked & locked", CZ includes the parts and instructions to switch.
Very reliable, VERY accurate, comfortable, and a great value for $430 or so. Comes with two 16 round mags (Sig gives you one, FNX three).
