I mounted this up tonight on an IAC hawk 870 clone tonight. No range time yet.
The Good:
Seems pretty durable/solid
good value, for what you get
three pica rails for the fore-grip (which is included)
there are from and rear sling mounts (if you install the front bottom Pica-rail.
the instructions are fairly good.
The bad:
takes a long time to install all this stuff, you basically get a box of parts
Each of the rails for the front are custom made, a left, a right, and a bottom. I got two rights and a bottom. and it's not just cosmetic, the right rail doesn't fit on the left side at all.
With the rails mounted, and the stock folded, you can't really rack the gun - the for end clears the buttpad, but your arm doesn't.
fit was a little rough -- not a big deal, but you will need a file, sandpaper, dremmil, or something before you're done.
There's no spring in this thing. there is a rubber butt-pad, but I image recoil will be worse, as this is a little lighter than the stock I took off.
Biggest problem -- The pistol grip sets back from the trigger quite far, by the time you install the adapter for remington, it's a long walk to the trigger. I have big hands, so it's still usable, but I doubt my girlfriend will like it.
