My order was processed, shipped and delivered very quickly, so all high scores in that department! As for the safe itself, I've had it just under a week now and it's impressed me thus far. I carry a Ruger SR9 Compact, and after doing some research on safe sizes, I knew the NV300 would be perfect, and I was right. My SR9C, even with the 17 round magazine loaded into it, fits perfectly, and there's also plenty of room for an extra mag. The foam pads inside keep my Ruger firmly supported and safe, and prevents it from sliding around. The pads can easily be removed, giving owners that much more room to store additional items, such as a wallet and cell phone, etc. The security cable provided is excellent and I know it's going to keep my gun safe inside of my vehicle. Also, the length is long, so even though I have the cable tethered to where my passanger seat is bolted in, I can easily pull the safe out from under the seat and into my lap in the driver seat, still with plenty of slack to spare. The combo lock and locking knob operate smoothly and work great, and the combo code is easy to set and change whenever you wish. The NV300 works great for guns and other valuables, and will provide safe travel for those items either in your vehicle or even in your checked baggage for flying.
I am giving the safe 5 stars because, for my purposes, which I carefully researched, it IS a 5-star product. However, I can see the size of the safe being an issue for people who want to carry something larger than a compact. Others might have to pull out one or both of the foam pads to fit their handgun of choice inside.
So long as you do your research and the dimentions of this safe will work for what you intend to store, the NV300 is an excellent product that gets the job done and gives me peace of mind when I have to leave my carry weapon inside of my vehicle.
