When I opened the case on this 1911 at the FFl I was more than pleased. This Remington was beautiful in fit and finish. The slide is tight with no movement and the wood grips are excellent. This gun felt good in the hand and had a nice balance. The three dot sights were an improvement over the one I carried in the service. Buds service was perfect as usual with no problems and great prices.
