This was my 7th handgun purchase from Bud's and I continue to receive excellent service and pricing which makes me a happy customer. The Remington R1 was worth the wait. Remington did their homework when they designed this 1911. My first trip to the range was 150 rounds of Remington UMC 230gr. FMJ. The R1 performed flawlessly and accurately. The fit and finish of my R1 is superb for a 1911 in the mid $500 price range. I'm looking forward to more good times at the range as I continue the break-in process.
