I have about 3,000 rounds through this pistol now and have had very few issues at all. Like all .22lr semi auto pistols, it likes the better ammo, but will run almost any decent bulk ammo with no problems. CCI stinger and Mini Mags are 100% reliable and any decent high velocity rounds (both lead and copper plated, round nose or hollow point) are about 98% reliable. I do clean it after ever range trip and if I'm shooting a bunch in one day, I will stop after about 150 rounds and do a quick cleaning to keep it shooting smoothly. I had an issue with the slide lock. It kept moving up and would eventually cause FTF / FTE issues, but ATI is sending me a replacement slide lock of the newer design that solves this issue. ATI was easy to deal with and is sending it for free. The frame is Parkerized or similar and doesn't scratch easily, but the slide is painted with a bakelite type coating that shows holster wear fairly easily....I don't mind that, but some might. As usual, Buds was easy to order from and shipped quickly to my local FFL. I love this gun and the fact that I can order parts from any 1911 manufacturer (like the flat mainspring housing I put in last week). Magazines are a bit pricey at about $30 each, but they are also VERY well made and are NOT plastic. Accuracy is AWESOME as it will hit anything I aim at. I have shot 9" metal plates at up to 60yds (just to see if I could) and get about 7 of 10 hits while standing offhand with the factory sights. I am impressed with this gun and with Buds!!
