I have used shotguns as entry weapons going on 8 years mostly in the middle east. Loaded with tactical buckshot a 12 gauge is the most devastating weapon when in close quarters. When I first took her out of the box and worked the action I have to say i was dissapointed the action felt sluggish and almost abrasive. I disasembeled and cleaned the gun and got her ready for an early mourning workout. I put 100 rounds of 00 buck 75 3 inch slugs and a butt load of bird shot. After the first 20 rounds the action became slicker and the shotty was flawless. Dont judge this gun until you put some rounds through her.So far the 887 is every bit as good as my super nova.
