Had to contact Bud's customer service several times before they would ship to the PRNJ (peoples republic of NJ). They must've had the wrong model number on their do not ship list as this model is NJ state compliant. They worked with me and eventually were able to confirm it was legal. Can't really complain too much as Buds had the best price online with free shipping.

Only blew through around 100 rounds on iron sights and after some fairly significant adjustments (probably due to my check weld) was able to consistantly hit 12 inch steel plates at 100 yards. I have heard complaints about the weight of this platform but it really didn't bother me. Next week I'll scope it but I never have run across any problems with Rugers (this is my only my fourth) and don't anticipate any with this purchase.

May seem a little pricey if your looking for an entry level AR, but rock solid and well worth it.
