Love it! Great in my CCW Glock 29. Winchester ballistics averages when being fired from a 5.5" bbl handgun, have these Silver Tips at a muzzle velocity of 1290 & energy lbs of 647!! Swedish Park Rangers carry the Glock 20, also in 10mm, to defend against or dispatch Polar Bears. 10mm is also being used by hog hunters. The ballistics for the 10mm is more than ample for self defense, given all of these factors. It kicks a bit more, however, than the 45 acp and 40 s&w cals which I carried while on duty.

These Winchester Silver Tips have a nice manageable recoil though, when compared to the fmj 180 gr "Team Never Quit" target ammo that I've shot. The price here for this specific ammo at Bud's is right near the top of least expensive on AmmoSeek.com list of prices, as of the date of my review.
