This model is not only the best entry level 1911 cmd model but, looks & performs compared to much higher priced brands . So far I\'ve put about 100 rounds through it & not one malfunction . Shoots accurate & feels good in the hand ,I suggest the Hogue grips that I added contribute to that. I have a black Citadel cmd that I have had for several years & never had a malfunction with it either , I don\'t think you can go wrong with Citadel ,after all they have been making 1911s in the Philippines for over 70 years.
