I.O. IOPI0008 Hellcat II 380 Blued 380 ACP 2.75" 6+1 Black Poly [IOPI0008]
by Joseph H H
Date Added: Saturday 14 August, 2010
I have been alternating my 9mm Taurus Slim with the Hellcat .380 for my conceal carry. After a couple of boxes of ammo I haven't had a single misfire or jam. I am really surprised how accurate this gun is. The kick is mild and it has a nice loud boom to it. Fits great in the front pocket of my jeans in the holster it comes with or without it. No one can tell you are carrying. I practice with the cheapest ammo I can find usually $12.95 box/50 and I am going to get some of the self defense ammo. I was reading on some of the more deadly brands and I am impressed with the damage they can do with a little .380 round. I would be confident of the Hellcat's stopping power with the proper ammo loaded.
Ruger, Taurus and Keltec make almost the same gun as the Hellcat and I was worried about this gun not being as well made but after firing and carrying it for a while now I highly recommend the Hellcat. It is perfect for my needs.
