CIA C93 Semi-Automatic 223 Remington/5.56 NATO 40+1 Capacity [RI1531X]

Despite all the horror stories about Century that I had read online, I decided to roll the dice and order myself a C93. I just couldn't resist such a low price ($504) on a cool weapon system. Upon receiving my rifle I was pleased by the fit and finish. Everything looked/felt solid. One mag had some cosmetic wear and the bayonet was a greasy, smelly mess, but it's cool just to have the bayo as a bonus. Not much to complain about really. I was even happier when I checked the bolt gap and it was in spec. Taking out the bolt assembly revealed that the bolt head was not ground down and that everything was in good shape. So far so good. The rifle was dirty, for sure, and I had to clean out some metal shavings to get it ready to shoot, but I was happy with what I ended up with after I had given it a good cleaning. It looked good, but how would it shoot? I took it to the range today and ran 100 rounds of Remington UMC through it without trouble. It's comfortable to shoot, with very little felt recoil. It does get hot. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I didn't get to experience Bud's famous fast shipping as I ordered over labor day and I guess they got more orders than they could handle, but overall, this being my first firearm purchase online, I would say I had a good experience.
