The Ruger SR40 came brand new in the box. Checked the firing pin, appears to function. It's late January, so I've not had a chance to shoot it. It took 19 days to arrive. I highly recommend Ruger firearms and warranties. This was my first firearm purchase from Bud's Gun Shop. If you're on a budget for your firearms, Bud's is a starting point with reasonable pricing. I would buy from Bud's again and am now aware of the waiting. The Ruger SR45 appears in 2013! Thank you Bud's Gun Shop!
