What can I say about this gun? It is a single action Ruger Blackhawk in .41 magnum! It is well balanced, powerful, accurate and as close to perfect in a six-gun as anyone has ever made. I love this gun and Bud's for the great prices and service! This is a "must have" for every outdoorsman who appreciates fine craftsmanship.

I traded a Ruger Redhawk to Buds guns for this New Model Blachawk in .41 caliber-they are both in the same caliber-but the Blackhawk is so much easier for me to shoot accurately. Like all Blachawks they are very well made and will withstand hunting loads with ease-not having to worry about shooting one loose in a lifetime. A person could blame me biased towards the single actions and they would be right-they work great for my needs. Bluing and metal finish is up to standards-good aesthetics-especially with a nice pair of Altamont wood grips

I use this gun for bears in Montana when I archery hunt. I even shot a mule deer at about 70 yards. Love this gun and trust my life to it.

I recently purchased one of these from Bud's and I am very pleased with everything about this purchase.I would definitely buy from Bud's again.

Just received one of these. First deal with Bud's and won't be my last. My only gripe has to do with the stocks that Ruger is putting on these. They honestly feel like a poorly made set of grips on a squirt gun. Other than that, the gun seems just fine. As a life long Ruger fan, it saddens me to see these sort of grips shipping on their Blackhawks.

Just bought one of these from Buds. It really kicks with the 4 5/8" barrel, but at the same time it is very accurate. Function is perfect. Buds shipped mine to my FFL dealer amazingly fast!
