I have owned this SRH for over a decade now and can honestly say it is the nicest revolver I have ever shot. It’s weight compliments the full house 44 mag load well and is pleasant to shoot. The factory scope rings are strong and the pistol scope I put on it has not moved at all. The only change I made to it is swapping out the factory springs for aftermarket wolf ones. The trigger is now perfect and no failures to detonate the primer.

Bought this pistol a few years ago. Great pistol for the price I bought it at then. Have use to hunt elk, deer, bear and mountain lion. Worked like a charm.

This gun is sweet. The kick is actually not bad. Personally love the nice stainless steel. Definitely a two handed gun for a smaller framed person like myself[155lbs.] due to the weight. The gun is very well built so you don't really feel the need to baby it. A blast to shoot and leaves a huge hole in whatever you blast with it.

This Suoer Redhawk is my third Ruger handgun. It is a fine shooting revolver. It has far less recoil than I had thought it would. It is well balanced and extremely well made. I like it!

What a crowd pleaser - I love this revolver! I got the 9.5" through Bud's, first order from here and it went super smooth. I was a little worried that I might be going overkill on the long barrel but now that I've had it for 2 years and a thousand rounds, I am sure I made the right choice. The extra length gives incredible accuracy, and the extended frame and overall weight of this gun makes the recoil very manageable. I can and have shot this for an hour without hand fatigue.

The Ruger Super Redhawk is everything I wanted in a large revolver. It's operation is smooth, it's accurate and over all just fun to shoot. Best of all I couldn't beat Buds price anywhere. I saved nearly $300 over the LGS prices. This was my first order from Buds and I won't hesitate to by here again.

This is a a great firearm and the experience with buds was great as well. I have had this gun for a bout two years and have shot hundreds of rounds through it. Quality is great and surprisingly easy on the hands compare to our other 44s. This is basically a short barreled rifle so normal targets for handguns are almost to easy. Comes with scopes rings but I have had too much success with the sights to justify the expense.

Have yet to fire this gun, but I have fired .44 magnums many times. Love the look of the 9" barrel. Will be buying a scope for it soon. Stainless guns look so nice!

I own this gun and really like it. The quality is very high and definitely one of the best revolvers ever from Ruger. I was very impressed by how smooth everything locks up and moves. The balance of the long 9 1/2" barrel is excellent and I felt totally in control at all times. I liked the grip also, and the Rosewood inserts looked really nice. The only thing I would change about this gun is how far back the hammer has to be pulled in order to cock the gun. It is quite uncomfortable, but the more I used it the less annoying it was. Still, it is excessive. One minor thing I didn't like was the red plastic sight insert on what was otherwise a totally metal gun. Why do stuff like that Ruger?? It's like building a Ferrari, but deciding to use vinyl seat covers instead of leather on a car which is in all other respects high quality. Regardless of these two issues, I highly recommend this revolver. It not only functions beautifully, but it looks gorgeous too!
