This is a beautiful well made gun. The finish is perfect (I like the Nickel type finish) The gun fires with easily manageable recoil on either 38 or 357. It was dead on right out of the box and the 6" barrel makes it extremely accurate.
This is not a conceal carry weapon. It's a large, heavy weapon that is a delight to shoot.
I had trouble acquiring the front sight so I swapped it out for a fiber. (took less than a minute to change, cost about $25)
The Hogue grip feels great and helps absorb what little recoil is felt. I've seen better looking grips but I think I'd be disappointed if I changed it now that I'm used to the Hogue. This grip might not be comfortable for a small hand but I haven't tested that theory.
This quickly became one of my favorites at the range. (I've only got about 200 rounds through it.)
