Beautiful gun- another review a few years back mentioned the stock--mine looks and feels great--Buds had it on sale and Savage had a rebate of $60.00 in addition to the sale price. I have shot older Savage rifles and am sure this one will be just as good. Buds is always top notch.

I bought this rifle last May 2015 and the only thing I found disapointing was the stock. Right in frount of the pistol grip it has a week point whish allows the stock to flex just alittle. The acuracy is not affected, The flex is not that easy, my groups weree still under 1.5 inshes out to 200 yards thisa is a good gun but if your into long range hunting better quality is needed. savage you need to redo ytour stock on this one.
