I was involved with the maintenance of the .45 1911's onboard U.S.Navy submarines for over (20) years. These weapons are as good or better quality as many of the "big name" .45's that we carried onboard. Fit and finish is excellen accuracy is impressivet, I've put many and a variety of types of ammo through mine and it has functioned flawlessly. You cannot go wrong on this weapon and the price is nice too!
