Bought this Ruger LC9 with Viridian grn/laser combo. Have shot hundreds of rounds with no jams or FTF issues. Very smooth cycling. It chews up 115 grain practice rounds. For carry purposes, I like 124 grn jacketed h/p. You can't beat the green laser. Activates when you pull gun from holster. Very easy to see in bright sunlight, and awesome at night. You can choose constant light or strobe. Together they make a great combo.

Bought this pistol for carry purposes. Shoots amazing as well as handles. Has great knocked down power for almost anything.

Love this set up. Yeah the trigger pull is way too long, but it's a good shooter. The laser is cool but eats batteries pretty quickly. Definitely order extras. Overall very pleased and Buds prices were the best.

Amazing firearm. I carried this for the past 9 months and tons of times to the range. 1000's of rounds and never one FTF or FTE. I did remove the Veridian only because it was not practical in a real life situation. But man what a beautiful fit. And I've got big hands! I wore this on my side OWB, shoulder strap, and even as a pocket piece. Never one problem. If your on the fence then fall this way. I will always trust my life and my loved ones with a Ruger.

I have had this guns for a month and have put about two hundred rounds through it. The trigger pull is very long and I have had 2 or 3 FTE's with decent ammo. Nice gun, very easy to conceal, the laser is nice and if you can get used to the long trigger pull it is very accurate. I might sell it for something else because of the trigger pull.

Bud's is great, several guns from them and NO complaints. Ruger makes a great gun and this is a perfect pocket gun. I love it.

It's a nice little compact that fits comfortably in your hand even if you have big hands, but there are some problems. 1) The trigger pull is LOOOONNNNGGG. Like weirdly long for such a small frame. 2) It kicks like a mule, which is not something I expect from a 9mm (my Springfield XDM .40 kicks about the same, if not less). 3) The Viridian laser apparently doesn't turn off when holstered as advertised. The gun comes win one ECR holster that is made with magnets that are supposed to turn the laser off to save batteries, and when you draw the weapon, the laser comes back on. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell if the light is off once you holster it, but based on the fact that this thing just eats the (special) batteries up, I'm guessing that it doesn't turn off when holstered. 4) the laser doesn't seem to want to stay sighted in. I guess that the day-to-day jostling of carrying this gun just knocks the laser off-target, but that's not very reassuring if I need to use it. I think I'll get rid of this and pick up something different for my hot-weather carry pistol. Just too many problems for me to think that this will be a reliable form of defense, should the need arise.

Very sweet firearm. The Ruger LC9 is a well made pistol, with the fit and finish as good as we have come to expect from Ruger. I fired 3 full clips to zero the laser(my fault) but once zeroed I was putting rounds within 21/2 inches of the bull. I am not crazy about the holster that came with the pistol but have ordered one to my liking. Sweet pistol, great fit and finish, very good buy! What more could a shooter want.
