I have had three Solos and have sold all of them, not because I didn't like them but because some one always talk me into selling them. I bought this one about a year ago. I really liked the black finish. I took the laser grips off right away and sold them, I just don't like them. I figure these pistols are for up close and personal protection and I don't think you need a laser for that. The pistol worked perfectly with 124g, 147g and even 115g hollow points. I think it is perfect for pocket carry and not to heavy and is only slightly bigger than the Kimber Micro and 2 ounces heavier. It works perfectly in my Red Dog gunleather holster and is great for summer carry in the Texas heat.
Though I have sold this one I just ordered a silver Solo from Bud's and hope that I am able to hold on to this one. I don't think that you can go wrong with this little pistol if you want to pack a little more punch than a 380. It is of much higher quaility than most of the sub compact 9mm's.
