First and foremost, the gun I received looks different than the one pictured here. The one I received has a stainless steel receiver and the furniture isn't as glossy. I actually prefer this. If you Google Image Search "Rock Island Armory S40" you will find a picture of the same model I received. While I prefer the looks of the one I received, there were some blemishes that either happened in shipping or the weapon was previously returned by another customer. These include some scratches and chips on the stock and foregrip. They don't bother me none because I intend to take this thing through hell and back. Otherwise, you really can't beat the product you get for the money. It is the cheapest over under I've found and so far it has been reliable.
