Bersa T380DTCC Thunder 380 Concealed Carry 380 ACP 3.2" 8+1
[T380DTCC]
$324.00
by chris f Date Added: Monday 31 December, 2012
I purchased this gun for my wife for concealed carry. The gun came with one 8-round magazine in a cardboard box. Note that normal Bersa Thunder .380 7-round and 9-round magazines will NOT fit in this gun.

We both really like the weight and feel of the gun in our hands, however, it fits her small hands better than mine. The flat magazine provides some pinky support but not quite enough for my larger hands. We also really like the low profile white dot sights and found them to be quite accurate at 10 yards.

The recoil on this weapon is a bit snappier than we expected but it is manageable. My wife likes the recoil because it feels powerful, unlike her .22 Ruger MKIII which has almost no recoil.

The hammer can be decocked after racking the slide so that the first round fired is Double-Action and subsequent rounds Single-Action... The DA trigger pull is long and heavy but smooth, while the SA trigger pull is short and fairly light.

We shot about 150 rounds while it was snowing without issues until I had a squib round using cheap KYP4 Russian ammo that was also wet. Fortunately, I immediately noticed that a squib had been fired so I field stripped the gun and hammered the bullet out of the barrel.

Overall a very nice gun that seems like it was designed for female concealed carry. Everything has been smoothed down and made to be lower profile and anti-snag.
