Glock 26 Sub Compact 9mm Auto Adjustable Sights
by John B Date Added: Sunday 26 October, 2008
I have several Glocks. This is my "carry weapon" which I carry in a Galco shoulder holster, "Miami Special," under left arm arm cross draw configuration. The draw is a little slower than a right hip Black Hawk belt holster, but the concealment is absolute with a casual shirt or a vest (velcro behind buttons for fast draw) and I can wear it all day and evening and never know it is on. I am right hand and right eye dominant, so I shoot to the left slightly, but I adjusted the rear sight to the right about a hair (1/64"), and I can now aim and put an entire magazine in a 1" bulls eye at 7 yards. In a pistol vice with moulded grips for this gun, it shoots a group about 3/8 inch at 7 yards - all in the same hole but a little ragged on the edges with Winchester 9mm FMJ 115 Gr. and clean barrel. I give it 6 stars on a 5 star rating, and I will probably never use another gun for concealed carry. BTW, I have put about 2500 rnds or more through it with zero problems. Field strip in about 2 seconds.
