Make sure you do your homework before purchasing this model. There are known issues with it repeatedly jamming. Those issues have been acknowledged and once I shipped it back to Beretta they had it for close to 2 months in order to replace the spring and guide rod (they told me mine was part of a bad batch).
Before the issue was resolved by Beretta not even exaggerating almost every other shot fired experienced either a feeding jam or stove pipe jam, and the slide-lock failed to lock after the last round was fired on just about very occasion.
I can now report that since Beretta replaced the spring and guide rod it has been much better. There is still 1 or 2 jams here and there with the lighter range ammo but I'm assuming that's due to the gun needing to be broken in. The slide-lock still doesn't lock every time after the last round is fired.
Also, the rear sights are kinda far apart and the safety levers on this model stick out far too much on both sides causing them to cut into your skin every time you cock the gun. The slide lock releases (also on both sides of this model) also stick out limiting its concealed carry ability. It is also heavier than I expected.
Overall I am happy with it since Beretta resolved most of the issues and Buds service is unmatched.
