5 stars for both bud's and the beretta. I have big hands and had a hard time finding something that was comfortable. This gun comes w/ 3 backstraps, s,mand l. i installed the large and it's great. used bud's layaway plan which is great. The only drawback is that you have to wait to get it! When I made the last payment, got an email notification from bud and sure enough the gun arrived at my pre-approved ffl in 2 days! My gun arrive flawless and I performed a thorough cleaning, including the mags, and headed to the range. This is the smoothest shooting 9mm that i've fired in many a moon. It loves hot ammo-the hotter the better! Ranger =p, fiocci ap=, speer gold dot +p, geco +p, and even some strange +p+ stuff that we managed to find. After 500 or so rounds, i've never had a single jam or misfire. Pays to use good stuff! Beretta even sent me a softer spring to use with lesser power ammo because some people apparently have had some problems with jammb-compacting. I have never had a single issue. Great gun for the price. I'll probably get a sub-compact to go along with it. I would recomend this gun to anyone with absolutely no reservation-especially if your hands are on the large side. I will most definitely be doing business with bud's again soon. Thanks for the layaway plan, it's a greay way to painlessly purchase your next firearm!
