Simply wonderful. Bought this the day after my worthless, crappy, cheap, terrible Remington 770 in 300wm had the handle break off the bolt, and I babied that gun. Took I think 8 or 9 days for Buds to ship it, Buds never seems to have great shipping times but the price you pay at Buds is worth the wait. The picture on Buds site makes the weathershield look like a dull white, but it is more of a matte darkish grey. Magazine holds 3 rounds and is a great design that is easy to insert and remove. Trigger is wonderful! It came set on the lowest pull weight so I didn't do any adjusting, it has very minimal creep a crisp let off and almost no overtravel. Put a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 on it and loaded up some brass I scrounged up at the range to get the scope on paper then loaded brand new Winchester brass with Varget, Remington Large Rifle Primers, and 150gr Hornady SP. I tested loads as little as 40.5gr of Varget up to 42.5gr in .5gr increments before I realized the higher the charge I was using the less accurate it was getting. My groups with 42.5gr of Varget were about 2 MOA, my load of 40.5gr of Varget got a .855" 100 yard 3 shot group off shooting sticks. This is a tack driver, I can't wait to tune my load to the nearest .1 grain and use a bench to probably get close to 1/2 moa groups. Cleaning is easy with the 5r rifling and easy bolt removal. October Antlerless Deer season starts tomorrow and I am ready to draw some blood with this great gun. And if you don't know if the .308 has too much recoil, it is a kitten. Not much kick at all, my .300wm was way worse, I could shoot the .308 all day. Buy this gun! Whenever I need/want a new rifle I plan on getting another TC, the value is incredible! Stay safe and happy shooting.
