Just received my Governor, and I have to give kudos to Smith & Wesson for making such a quality product. Gun came in immaculate condition, everything neatly packaged and stored in its box(cardboard). This is my third Smith, second purchased through Buds, and am glad the quality exceeds the price paid.

The gun itself is lighter than you think it will be and it points well. The grips(which are different than pictured), feel a bit firm compared to Hogues.

While many people have a philosophical aversion to .410 bore hand guns, you can can not deny the quality of construction and the ability to shoot: 2.5" .410, 45 ACP, 45 LC, 45 GAP, 45 Schoefeld. Makes for a good multitasker. Cant wait to take it hiking.

Thank you Buds for shipping my Governor so quickly! Ordered on Monday, picked up the gun on Thursday!
