My CM9 is well machined with tight fits to the frame. The springs are stiff but function is perfect. I haven't had much time for break in but before cleaning out the shipping grease I loaded the mag with Hornady XTP and fired as fast as I could pull the trigger. Not a bobble and shoots softer than several .380s I have tried. I have to say I am impressed with this little pistol. You can pocket carry but it might be a bit large in tighter jeans. I will need to give it a couple hundred rounds to prove itself fully, but at first blush this may be the perfect CC sidearm.
